Rashad Evans vs Stephan Bonnar

anyone else just witness this slaughter? Bonnar deafeted by evans..

What a bad decision...I'm glad Rashad won...but he clearly won every round of that fight...Bonnar once again nearly got another gift...I though Jardine whipped his ass in there fight and Rashad clearly won every single round of that fight....one judge had scored it 29-29....I wonder how much Dana paid him to swing that way.

It really amaze me how the UFC tries to put over Bonnar and Griffin....Neither of those fighters are no where near Rashad Evans as far a pure skill....Matt Huges gets nothing but praises for his big slams and Evans get's dogged....I don't understand that crap at all.

What the heck is up with that judge scoring it a draw. Evans dominated all three rounds like he always does. It should have been 30-27. Oh well, he still won which is a good thing because I bet and knew he was going to win and beat Bonnar.

Yeah he just didn't have the power to get anysubmissions on evans. He tried but just wasn't strong enough.

I agree the judging was a little skewed but I don't Evans is that great of a fighter either. Bonnar is not great but he can slug it out with anyone, which is why he looked good against Forest there was no ground game. He is supposedly a Jiu Jitsu guy but his ground game is terrible. I know Evans got the better of that fight but I am not impressed with him really.

Yeah, the judge that called this fight a tie was stupid and/or blind. Evans took down Bonnar at will, it should have been a unanimous decision.

I would have bet on bonner this fight. Bonner was too slow and not strong enough for Evans. Evans absolutly donminated. Cool fight since I was surprised.
TheOaf: I see what you mean. He's not a particularly dangerous looking fighter. It seems like he is always trying to be just a little better than his opponent. A well fought win is good enough for me and that he did. I think this tendency of his will anger a lot of the fans and will get him a tough opponent soon.
