As a lot of you who follow me on here know, I have only been training since Dec. of 09'. I have been working very hard on my thai kicks and knees. This is the latest video I have for you all to evaluate. Don't mind my hands, I wasn't focusing on that during this session. Just tell me how my kicks are looking and my knees.
