All right, so my idea for this thread is for us to share some of our favorite workouts. Ideally, I look for progressions that don't take long and hit the full body, but I'd still be interested to see what some of you have to offer outside that vein.

Anyway, I'll kick things off:

-5 pull-ups
-10 push-ups
-12 bodyweight squats
-15 double crunches
[45 sec. rest]

I repeat this four times for a total of five circuits, adding a rep to each exercise with each new set. You can always up the intensity by making the push-ups and squats plyometric, or even by adding weight.

So whatchu got?

Actually i wanted to try different techniques of work out because i am really worried about my health
What new things should i ad in my exercise routine ?Should i go for on line assistance?or not?
This is my old story now i am not confuse at all and now i am taking assistance from on line sites and following their tips!
I come up with this site gspfiness.org
Now i dont know whether it is a good option or not?But i will suggest you to try it!

Whenever I'm feeling well and I don't want to hit the weights and just want to attack the body I do this.
15 Pull ups
70 push up
100 sit ups
200 squats
15 pull ups
Then I play basketball or jog or play bf4. ;)
