Sometimes it takes some time off to develop the drive and desire to fight again, especially for someone who had been in a few wars prior to a retirement. It will be interesting though to see how she adjusts since the division has changed quite a bit since her retirement. Also I wonder if like Cat Zingano she maybe got her breast implants removed which would help

She should sign with ONE championship instead.

Well it might have to do with her still having a contract with the UFC if she didn't finish out the contract she had. In that case the UFC would do what they normally do with retired fighters which is to freeze the contract and hold onto it in case the fighter comes out of retirement. Her signing the new deal was to update everything from the old contract.
