I heard he beat Jeff Monson before arriving in the Ultimate Fighter, by unanimous decision. Never have seen this match but sounds pretty impressive.

Before Ultimate Fighter 1 started I did see Bobby Southworth .vs. Vitor Belfort at PRIDE 13.

Some good veterans in the Ultimate Fighter 1. I also heard Kendall Grove faught Dan Severn before TUF 3.

Yeah your right, Forrest lost to Severn by decision. What is ironic is that ever since Monson has lost to Griffin hes been pissed and going on a rampage and destroying people in the heavyweight division. I really hope he becomes champion but I think hes too small for Sylvias reach.
