He fought against Cesar Gracie at Stikeforce. Which is a local MMA organization in California, several big name fighters have also participated.
that was his comback fight, he is still fighting but he wants to be a free-agent or so he said in an interview, he feels there are good people int he sport now and tht the sport actually has a future and wants to compete again.

However the fight with gracie was stupid, gracie is 40-somthing and it was his first MMA fight ever, LOL you dont fight Frank for your first fight....

I have the video on my site for those that want to see it

Steve-d MMA » Frank Shamrock Returns!

Oh come on he beat Cesar Gracie in 18 seconds of coarse he can fight still.
yeah but it was his first MMA fight ever and he was 40 years old!!!!!

All Caeser does is jiu-jitsu at his school, he cant really fight, if he took Frank down we may have seen something, but all in all he is not even close to franks caliber

Frank Shamrock should definitely come back to the UFC or even fight for PRIDE. I'd love to see him back, he'd win the title anywhere if he came back in my opinion.

If Frank Shamrock and Matt Hughes faced off Frank Shamrock would definitely win. He would catch Matt with a huge KO punch or a submission and Hughes would be tapping.

if frank came back to the middle weight division hed absolutely clean up in there, i honetly dont think franklin could handle him, franks just like a way better version of rich, hes excellent on the ground, as well as standing. when frank was in the ufc he was the best middle weight, hands down. if frank came back id love to see him move up to 205 and fight tito again. or have tito move down to middle weight.

If he whoops Baroni I want to see him fight in the UFC against Franklin or Silva. If Tito would come down or he would go up in weight that would be a good rematch too, it would be the battle of best cardio.
