1st of whats up every 1,...names chris from tulsa,ok..hey.a quick question or 2...1st can any1 PLEASE tell me what the hell the name of or what is itcalled,...the bag that they use to train on the ultimate fighter series,..??? its black ,and has like shoulders and a head of sorts.???they lay it on the ground and train elbows and such..?? thankx,....also does any1 know where 2 download any training videos from,..thanx again,..."PAIN IS ONLY TEMPORARY,...NO MATTER HOW LONG IT LASTS..!!!!":cheeky4:
