You are right; these two are different things but are correlated to each other. So "Fitness is the physical wellness that can be achieved by doing exercise or another name for it would be work out" You have to exercise to achieve your fitness goal. This year I had a fitness goal to lose weight and be stronger. For more than ten years, I had problems with extra pounds, but I was too lazy to start something. Now, I lost 10 pounds, and I can't be happier about this achievement. There are five more lbs to lose, and when I get to my smart body weight scale and see my final result, I will be proud of myself.

They're the same.

As long as people know casual walking is not real exercise.

Heart rate must be elevated, some type of struggle has to occur, for real exercise to occur.
