I am 19 years old and I am just starting my training. I am 6'1" and 230 pounds. I need a good diet plan and a training regiment. I would like to get down to 205. I appreciate all the help.

sine basic tips:
-cut down your calories
-drink lots of water
-eat 4-6 small meals a day
-weight train then cardio
-sleep
-Weights do high reps low weight (not to low) if ur trying to lose weight.
