If your a UFC or PRIDE fan please take the time to look at the K-1 official website at K-1 OFFICIAL WEBSITE and take the time to look at fighters such as Ray Sefo, Stefan Leko, Jerome Le Banner, Ernesto Hoost, Remy Bonjasky, and Semmy Schildt who are the most dominant K-1 kickboxers and mma fighters. I am becoming the moderator of the K-1 forum and are putting a huge effort in trying to promote it. If you know someone who likes K-1 tell them to join the forum and discuss it with others in the section. It would be deeply appreciated if you also spread the word through some sites (not in spam fashion).

I occasionally watch K-1 on FSN and saw Ernesto Hoost beat up Bob Sapp and I saw Sammy Schlitt get submitted by Nogiuro (sp?) on Pride, good stuff.

Semmy Schilt and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira wasn't a K-1 match it was a PRIDE match. That was a good match, Nogueira is a beast. They show PRIDE shows on Fox Sports Net a lot but not K-1 as I know maybe they used to but not now :dunno:. Bob Sapp has never faught Ernesto either because Sapp chickened out and left the arena and they replaced him with Peter Aerts I believe.

I saw Bob Sapp get beat up by a tall guy with a shaved head, I thought it was Hoost but I could be wrong. I saw K-1 within the last couple of months, it could have been one of the ESPN channels.

I think you are right about that. Sapp was clubbing him in the beginning of the fight and Remy was taking a bit of a beating but he Sapp got gassed. Remy started with some vicious leg kicks and then put a real beating on Sapp.
