My money is on Stephan Bonnar, he would win against Shamrock either 2nd round 5:00 Doctor Stoppage or TKO Strikes. Anyone else agree? Once Shamrock gets on the ground on his back the fight ends.

No, Ken Shamrock can't beat Bonnar IMO. Ken Shamrock would lose to Evans badly and get knocked out by Griffin. Bonnar at least stayed in the fight against Griffin. Bonnar can beat Shamrock along with any other light heavyweight in the UFC if they can take Shamrock to the ground.

If you are saying that Shamrock's ground game is weak based on his matches with Tito then you must need a little sleep. Tito's game IS the ground, he's beaten the best in the business by doing his ground game, because he is the best in the world at it. But if you're saying that Bonnar could take Shamrock on the ground and beat him, then you need a little wake up call. Shamrock's game lately has been his stand-up, and he'll put on a slug fest with Bonnar or Griffin and I don't see much of an advantage for Bonnar or Griffin. It's a nice little dream of yours, but I don't see it happen in the real world.

Why do Shamrock fans like you always have to come back by saying "Ken Shamrocks ground doesn't suck just because of Tito". Ken Shamrock lost to Rich Franklin, Kazushi Sakuraba as soon as he fell to the ground as well in his most recent fights besides Tito 2.

since you like to judge fights like that , Bonnar gave Forrest a helluva fight ( i personally think he won it ) but oh well he lost , and Forrest gave Tito a good go .... so doesnt that tell you 1 Rashad is a damn good fighter for absolutely manhandling Bonnar a man that went to war with Forrest in such a close fight, and 2 how long did Shammy last with Ortiz ? exactly. Forrest hung in there with Tito showing that Bonnar/Griffin/Evans/the new era are way too much for Ken Shamrock , thats for damn sure

Forrest has progressed his game and won fights in other ways then decision. Bonnar on the other hand has only fought other TUF fighters. I dislike bonnar a whole lot personally, im sick of hearing him say how he gave TUF a good start and he always says in his high little lame voice "ya i'd like to give myself a pat on the back". Shamrock would CRUSH bonnar, he may be old but i know Shamrock can take a better beating then bonnar can. I'm not a big shamrock fan, i just hate bonnar and think he's the most overrated fighter.
Just like this PPV should be Rashard Evans Vs Forrest Griffen, not bonnar who LOST!

well when fought royce the first time, he didnt know how to defend bjj then the 2nd time they fought he really messed royce up. too bad there wasnt any judges at the time or that 2nd fight would have been kens.

Kimo doesnt make top 50 thats forsure , besides hes a HVW , were talking about 205lbers...

But... Kimo/Coleman/Bas these are some of the guys Shamrock has to start fighting before he retires , b/c he doesnt stand a chance against the new breed of fighters. I actually like Ken , and i would rather not see him leaving the sport with a whole bunch of losses and diminishing his career/legacy with each fight , fight Coleman , beat his ass and retire , thats the best thing for him to do

The bottom line is that Stephan Bonnar sucks. I don't usually berate fighters, but this guy is not a professional mma fighter. He is slow, awkward, and weak.
