So, I just bought myself a kettlebell to use at home.

Can anyone recommend a killer workout using just the one kettlebell?


Ive heard Joe Rogan talk about a guy who has a good DVD out but I cant for the life of me remember his name.

Kettlebells are excellent for functional strength. Using your core and everything else.

Can you believe that GSP does 100lb Kettle Bells. That's how strong he is.
