Well came back to jitz the othe day and i laded wrong on my rib when I was in guard and now it hurts when i take a deep breath...if i press hard on my rib it hurts too...I took today off but i really want to go back tomorow...should I? Is there any way to help it stop hurting? Would it help if i iced it or what?
