Can you be a little more specific? Are you lifting for size, or endurance.
What area do you feel like your lacking in. What's your current workout like?

i am lifitin for size i do alto of upper body like bench, incline and decline, curl, cuban curl, upright rows, curls with dumbells, flys, dumbell press, pull ups and chinups. lower body is squats, leg press, calf raises, leg extensions, leg curl.

work hard is the most important

lift with a buddy helps alot

nutrition is key get all your protine carbs fats *stongmen eat like 7000 cals*

dont always go heavy reps are important also dont get into a habbit keep!!!!!
your body guessing!!!

sleep!!!!!

main exersises - bench, squat, lat pull downs, curls, tri extensions, shurgs, calf rasies, dead lift *stiff leg and regular*, military press, and what i find the most important power cleans.

dont need to get fancy to start off with building a base is important.
