this is an interesting question for me... i hate silvia... he's a proven cheater, and got his HW title by cheating... and, i also think, besides his cheat on Ricco, he's never really beaten any legitimate competition. lets face it, arlovsky was proven a paper champ who never was proven, so silvia ain't no superstar.

for coleman, i think he's super washed up. he's never changed his game in all his 10+ years of fighting, not once, not an inch. shows no interest in learning anything about fighting... silvia would KO him... because even if coleman took silvia down, its a 50/50 chance he'd even do anything.

He is only the champion because he was too cautious in his last title defense against Arlovski. He won by not winning. Coleman would take down Sylvia.

Yeah and whose to say he can't do the exact same thing again. Like it or not Tim Sylvia is champ, he had to go out and win some fights for that belt. Whether he stalled his ass off and overused his reach advantage or not he still got the job done, and he deserves SOME respect for that.

Your reasoning makes it impossible for Sylvia to ever get any rspect in that whenever he beats an opponent the opponent gets labeled a loser and the victory doesn't count. AA may need to get his act together mentally but he can fight and no one was calling him a paper champion when he was champ (no one that I know of). AA was and is a legitimatley good fighter that fought a couple of bad fights, I hope he comes back and fights well in the near future.
