Monday night i was training in some BJJ and i was trying to hold myself from tapping so i didnt tap as quick as i should have, but anyways, i was in an armbar and now my elbow hurts like hell!!! I iced it immediatly 20 on and 20 off that night, and im still in pain, need some advice

Tap sooner... :D but seriously its gonna hurt a few days.. if possible after say 4 5 days and it is still hurting.. go to a doctor.. sounds like you just were hyper extended.. usually heals up in a few says.. also start more stretching all your joints.. should heal up in a few days as I said.. give it time and try not to use it to much for lifting. though do not keep it in active..

its now thursday, and i actually used me left arm today...still felt pain, but it was much more tollerable than the passed days. My fight is august 26th, do you think this will still be bothering me then?!:dunno:

I'd hate to say it take a week off at least if you plan to compete but watch your diet closely so not to gain weight.. . unless your the type like me who does not mind competeing with injuries..
