School just ended for me and now that I have extra time I wanted to increase my training. The gym I go to is only open during the evening so I'm forced to do a lot of my strength and cardio training by myself. During school I switched between days of weight lifting and cardio, I'm not sure how to split my day between cardio lifting and training in the gym. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Alright well, when you wake up first thing in the morning get something to eat. Eat a good meal take a moment for it to settle down and then RUN!! and RUN!! a lot. After your run come back and rest a little bit maybe have yourself a Shake and then just keep working and making sure you take a lot of breaks..And then go to class

What is your goal? What do you want to accomplish? That is more important for you to figure out.

Do you want to get stronger? Bigger? More cardio endurance?

Once you know where you want to end up, taking the steps to get there becomes simple.
