I like Pride better. More UFC Fighters fight in Pride also, and it's more MMA-based than K-1 is.

K-1 sometimes has some good matches but most are really boring such as Musashi, hes like the Ricardo Arona of K-1. Plus Kickboxing you can't submit nor ground and pound. PRIDE FC is the best MMA competition out there. Therefore PRIDE FC gets my vote.

I don't watch too much K-1, I like Genki Sudo but I voted for Pride FC!
