Hey i got a quick lil question for ya...
i have my first amateur mma fight, august 26th. I think im pretty ready. I train jiu-jitsu on mon, tue, thurs, and train with my mma team saturday and sunday. wed and fri im doing cardio...can you give me a basic rundown of what i should be doing, 3 weeks out from a fight?
