that's harsh enough herb dean bashing we already had a poll that had moer then unanamous descion that we agreed with herb. Don't start that fire again. Herb has competed in mma so i wouldn't fight him or john. I'd fight cecil poeple's.

This is a dumb question probably but has Big John competed in MMA ever and if so was he good? And also is he in any relation to Charles Mcarthy? Just wondering.

Big John is a cop with the LAPD, hes never had a MMA fight but who would mess with him?!

He trains under Rorion Gracie and teaches Tactics & Self-Defense to the lapd. he is one mean dude.

John McCarthy. The fights he always referees for are good. If you get boring he yells at you to keep the action going. He is not only the best referee ever in MMA but he would make out to be a good coach in my eyes.
