Hey guys, I've been in MMA for several months but a boxing injury from last fall (torn ligament in right wrist) is starting to creep back up. I talked to my orthopedist and he said it's still healing and not getting any worse, just soreness from the rough workouts in GJJ.

I don't wear any wraps/gloves or anything when training in GJJ, nobody at my gym does- what's something low profile that I can wear on my right hand/wrist to keep it less mobile to cut down on soreness and healing time, per doctors recommendation?
