So I got a question for the throwback UFC fans....

Okay, so I think at this point in both guys career it's pointless to see this fight, I think Frank would just tool Ken and the fight would be over in a couple minutes. Ken is just too old and his body is breaking down, Frank isn't a whole lot better, but he's good enough to beat Ken easily now imo.

However, who you got if these two met in their prime? Ken Shamrock circa UFC 1 or 2 and Frank during his reign in the UFC, when he beat Tito and the time leading up to that.

Who do you think would win?

i would say ken but it would be very close. Frank probably had a little more skill than ken however you pitting a middle weight against a heavy weight. ken in his prime was around 220-230 pound and a beast. frank was not so much more talented than ken to cancel out that size difference. Also ken had the hart of a lion back then and it would be real hard to break his will.

i got to go with ken on this one.

Ken may have been bigger, but Tito was about the same size and a better wrestler and Frank beat him rather easily. I think it would be a lot about Ken's cardio, because that's how Frank beat Tito.
