It's a good idea to include both dynamic and static stretching into your routine.

I stretch before I go to bed. quads, groin, hamstrings, arms, abs.
and I practice splits

I stetch before and after practice (wrists, arms, chest, shoulders, hamstrings, core, neck) I also try to stretch every morning....and sometimes during the day I stretch my legs a bit...

but even when stretching is important u should know that too much stretching would be detrimental to ur fighting....we need to be flexible enough but not overly flexible...
