To be honest mate no one I know that fights in mma, is ever 100% confident when due to fight.The ones that are, normally have something missing or are called Anderson Silva fighting Demian Maia,lol. You'll get experience with fights, so I wouldn't worry about that, let your gym tell you if they think your ready, as they'll match you up with someone with the same level of skill and experience. I'd say to you if your not at least 80% ready mentally, don't fight as it's not a game, and you could get seriously hurt.I've heard mixed reviews on when to take your first fight. Some say to do it when you're 100% sure you're ready, and some people say to take it ASAP so you can make sure MMA is what you want to do. Your thoughts?
