Interesting info, but it`s not the only way to increase the number. But the main thing in the article isn`t so much the mechanics as the sports load, which increases the blood flow and thus the chemical processes in the whole body are accelerated. You can also increase your testosterone levels by adding minerals like zinc and magnesium to your diet. If you are expecting quick results, then six oysters is all the body needs to increase testosterone production, as oysters contain a lot of zinc. I also buy some Rats Army supplements from this store. Here I found smth for testosterone as well.
