What are your suspicions as to what Matt and BJ are up to on the eve of UFC 63. Matt's probably taking the day off from intense training, BJ's probably eating ice cream and a big bucket of KFC chicken. Nah, for real, what do you think they're doing the night before - meditating, watching more fight tapes and discussing the game plan or what?

 Purely speculating.....

I think they are both going over a few last minute reminders and some light rolling. Matt will most likely just rest/sleep to make sure he has good energy for tommorrow. BJ is probably going to go for a swim, do some stretching, meditate, talk with a few buddies and call it a night. Tommorrow both of the nerves will be running wild. Matt will probably be a little more nervous as he has so many expectations and hype to live up to as the "greatest UFC champ of all time" while not being 100% sure that he can beat BJ....from the countdown it really sounded like he's relying on BJ gasing, and he really has no idea what shape he's in. BJ has to be pretty nervous but has some relief in that he's not defending but has the mental advantage knowing he's done it before; and easily. The thing is he must know his future in the UFC is pretty much dependent on this....the thing is how much does he care? How hungry is BJ? If he's hungry and been training that way Hughes is done. You don't know if he's just not letting people know it cuz look at the assumptions Hughes is making. If BJ is ready, this is his fight to win.
