OK so i realise Dan Hardy is a big under dog against gsp however i think he has just as good a chance as anyone does at 170 to beat him.

Gsp has fought amazing wrestlers and beat them, he has also faced great bjj guys and strikers and hes only been beaten twice in his career. Gsp is an amazing mma artist but hes not invincible and i truly believe Hardy can catch him on Saturday night. I will not use Matt Serra as an example as we all saw what happened in the re match and gsp is not the same fighter where he looks to stand with people if he feels hes in any danger. I realise gsp is a massive favourite however if Hardy does win then i wouldn't be as shocked as most people.

Now onto Dan Hardy, i cant remember the last i saw him in a boring fight and his pre fight antics to me are brilliant. I realise not everyone else feels like this however im glad hes the way he is and not like Forrest Griffin (who personally annoys the hell out of me). He always enters the pre fight press conferences with a smile and makes it entertaining to watch.

I have nothing against Gsp (although i am a bitter Bj penn fan lol) but i feel we may witness something special on Saturday night.

Don't normally like UK fighters, as I just don't care for them. But I will be rooting for Hardy for 2 reasons A.) I just kind of like the guy, trash talk but in a funny way, and he loves to bang. B.) I'd just like a shake up with the p4p guys. I repect GSP and fully expect him to win, but I'm not a fan really. He is the man, but I don't go out of my way to root for him. So of the Big 3 Penn, GSP, and Anderson...I guess GSP is the one I least root for.

Hehe I fully and truly beilive GSP will win this, but reading the response to this and many other threads makes me really wish for Hardy to KTFO GSP just too be able to read the hilarious burst of reaction on this forum. :thumbsup:

Make no mistake, GSP is not god or superhuman, this could be reality in a few days. Don't delude yourself into thinking the future is already written.

I realise gsp is a massive favourite and if he was fighting other people at 170 (excluding Daley) i would want him to win however i think Hardy is being under estimated too much. If this was Penn v Edgar then i would say yes there is no chance in hell Edgar would win but i believe Hardy has around a 25% chance of taking this

...Hardy has a chance like Fitch, Alves, B.J.Penn & Matt Hughes did. They all fell short and that is a top of the food chain list. Hardy's striking is great and he looks in top form but when GSP takes him into deep water, I think the wheels on his wagon will fall off. Hardy mostly depending on Serra's team as opposed to GSP working all aspects with Cote, Marquardt & Florian is such a monster advantage for Georges. Hardy has that cocky "Bisping" attitude and he might pay dearly for it with his trash talking...
