did you expect me to say Marcio Pe De Pano Cruz or something? Arlovski is still the best fighter in the HW division. The HW division is GARBAGEEEE and they need new talent, or Mir to get in shape again and get back into the title picture

i think aa should fight brandon vera to see who gets the next title shot..man the heavyweight didvision is pretty weak, its got a few good fighters but its very thin..

UFC needs some PRIDE heavyweights who recently left such as Heath Herring, Ron Waterman, or Ricco Rodriguez. But they won't. The heavyweight division is crap and their are not even ten heavyweights in the UFC alone. I think after Jeff Monson there could be the winner of Brandon Vera/Frank Mir fighting for the title which will probably be Vera. Then if Arlovski beats lets say someone like Scherner or Cruz then he will be second in line. UFCs heavyweight division is really terrible. Why isn't it the same as in 2001 where Pedro Rizzo, Kevin Randleman, Semmy Schildt, Randy Couture, Josh Barnett, Ricco Rodriguez, Ian Freeman, Pete Williams, and Frank Mir. I guess three quarters of them went to the business which is now the best, PRIDE.

I honestly expect Vera, and then after that personally it should be between either giving a shot to Mir, or Paul Buentello. . . . and then Andrei Arlovksi. . . arlovski is my fav. fighter, but he needs time ya know and i want him in the best shape to get that title back and so does the UFC.

Are you serious? What has Mir done to deserve a shot? Come back as a fat slob and lose to Cruz and not try against an ultimate fighter and win in decision? You mean a rematch against Tim? Tim will break his head open this time if Mir comes in the ring as a fat slob again. And if Tim can beat Arlovski twice then he could probably beat Buentello in less than 15 seconds. Brandon Vera is the one who deserves a title shot if he beats Mir. Arlovski needs to come back and maybe fight Vera for number one contender. Then one of them could compete for the title.

Well i mean, Vera who do you really have that is a contender, or possible contender besides Vera and maybe Arlovski, well like you said Arlovski just lost and after Vera who's really left, Mir, and im sure Vera won't fight a title fight untill next year, so you give Mir about a year's time to train and get back into shape he should be be fine to contend Sylvia if he still has the title, then im sure Arlovski will get the chance. . .

i agree with AA fighting who ever wins vera/mir fight (if they fight that is).

Maybe in the future some light heavyweights will move up to fight in the heavyweight divison.
