Was anyone else pissed off at the reffing in that fight last night? Uno took 8 undefended solid hooks to the side of his head before the ref stopped it. It was ridiculous. It isn't like he had his hand up to try and stop the punches. They were flush, and Uno wasn't moving. Also, the Ref knew that he f'ed up because he immediately rushed Uno over to the doctor with fear in his eyes.

Can anyone make/find a gif of the finish?

I know, these "ref sucks" threads are getting old, but I think these refs making these crappy calls and bad stoppages is getting old.

DONT celebrate when your opponent could be seriously hurt. i know it sucks and your pumped but jeez....

i lost respect for Vitor for the same thing only worse vs Lindland. Dude was doing the funky chicken on the ground looking like he might die or something and your doing fist pumps and praising jesus... blah.

Vitor stopped punching when Lindland went limp. He could have landed one or two more punches before the ref stepped in. He ran to his corner immediately, so I doubt that he was paying attention in the moment as to how bad Lindland was.

And it was a late stoppage, I wonder if refs just ADD out or some shit.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one that noticed this.

In contrast, the refs for the first episode of TUF seemed to be on point last night. Herb dean, as always, was great, and the others were there ready to protect the fighters. I was impressed.

I agree. I usually don't throw around the PED/steroid label often (except against Overeem ), but I an thoroughly suspicious of Tibau. I don't remember him being that big by any means until the past year or so. It just doesn't look like natural muscle to me (if that even makes sense )
