Hey all,
Just recently started wanting to get into some MMA training... But I first know I have to get myself into better shape.

I'm 18, 5'11", 240lbs. Football Lineman build

Got a great sized pair of arms on me, muscular legs, but I have very little back muscle, and I have a good sized gut.

Between Middle and High School I:
Wrestling: 2 years
Football: 3 years
Track/CC: 4 years

I love to push myself to the limits. I'm actually really fit for my size, but that's the keyword...my "SIZE"

Looking to lose the gut/extra body fat and gain some back muscle....Any suggestions in dieting and training would be very much apreciated!!!
