I'm 6ft 6" and about 105kg can anyone suggest any training techniques/gym schedule and diet options to get into shape ready for a fight?

Anything like what foods to eat and when to eat them, any supplements they may help, any striking specific gym training for punching/kicking!

I'd say go with a high protein diet mostly and eat about five small meals a day. Work some herbalife in there as part of the meals. Also if you are going with striking exercises I'd say cardio kickboxing.

How's your current shape and where are you aiming towards? When's the fight and what are your previous experiences in combat sports? Difficult to give you advice without some information.

Need to shed some extra weight and bulk up a bit, possible fight in 8 months time, I've been doing kickboxing for about 3 years now.
