haha Lets hope not.
I found out UFC 59 was In Anaheim and its only like 1 hours away from my house.
I'm going to pick Tim Sylvia. And the other match I really want to see, is Tito get his ass kicked. But we'll see. I can't wait for Royce vs Matt. That's gonna rock.

I agree, Tito will win
Andrei Arlovski Vs. Tim Sylvia

Arvloski can win standing or on the ground. Tim has one shot - land the bomb. That said, Arvloski hasn't fought since 2005 and his last match didn't last a minute - ring rust could be a factor and give Tim the chance he needs.

Tito Ortiz Vs. Forrest Griffin

Tito hasn't uglified the Octagon in over a year and his last 2 fights in the UFC left the image of a guy who has lost a step. Forrest is wicked tough, hungry, bigger, younger, and has to know that this fight could put him in a whole new category - bonafide MMA star.

Nick Diaz Vs. Sean Sherk

Nick "The Prick" Diaz got outworked by Joe Riggs who melted-off 30lbs prior to their fight. If Sherk can bounce back mentally from the beatdown by St.Pierre he should smoke Diaz.

Jeff Monson Vs. Marcio Cruz

These guys have a stormy past which will make this a grudge match. Both looked good in their recent matches. Coin Toss.

David Terrell Vs. Scott Smith

Terrell.

Karo Parisyan Vs. Nick Thompson

Is Karo ready? Rumor is he might not be training properly. If not, he'll have trouble where none should exist.

Jason Lambert Vs. Terry Martin

Who cares?

Thiago Alves Vs. Derrick Noble

Thiago trains with one of the best MMA teams in America. He should get the win.

Evan Tanner Vs. Justin Levens

Old vs new. I'd like to say Tanner, but he's been in so many wars I wonder how much he has left. Levens takes it.

wow..you like to try and pick everything appart dont you ...

im just really excited to see :

Andrei Arlovski Vs. Tim Sylvia
Tito Ortiz Vs. Forrest Griffin
Nick Diaz Vs. Sean Sherk

i think they will be great fights!!!

ive watched them all right from the very beginning

but in the last few years there has been a lot of fluff...dont get me wrong, there was some great fights. but the over all cards...meh, nothing to write home about!

the last few fights were based really on only 1 main event. all the matchs listed have the potential to be awesome!

I've missed a few here and there, but I started when UFC came out. When Royce was the man, and there was no discusion.
Wow everyone seems to be counting out Tito, to everyones shock I'll pick Tito Ortiz to win. Forrest Griffin is a bit too laid back. Tito's strick training will give him the edge with stamina. I know Forrest Griffin's trained with both Liddell and Couture but that can only help him so much. If anything I think Tito Ortiz is the hungier of the two, just based on Countdown to UFC 59 special on Spiketv. Tito seems intent on reclaiming his throne, and I think beating Forrest Griffin is his first step in doing so. That being said I wouldn't be suprised if this went to a judges decision, as much as I'm in favor of Tito winning, Griffins tough as nails and won't tap out, and would be tough to knock out also. It'll be a good show, usually the UFC promotes basically a 1 fight card this has 2 main event fights and Diaz/Sherk will be no slouch. Anyways my two cents as a first poster on here.

arlovski is king

andre arlovski is undoubtedly the best heavy weight champion the ufc has ever seen i honestly do not see him getting beaten anytime soon the only fighter who would stand a chance against the man would be prides champion FEDOR who i think is the toughest fighter out there.
THe card looks solid. Can't wait for the return of Tito.

After what happend in the first round in his last fight. Everything you said is null and void.
Tito is Over-rated.

ICEMAN FAN SAYS TITO IS GARBAGE. Tito is way over rated. Forest is going to take a page out of both Randy and Chuck's book. Forrest is an excellent sprawler and hard to get to the mat. He also does not leave himself open to get knocked out. Either way no one is going to knock the champ Chuck out. The best hands down.
