Im a big fan of UFC but I wanna get more into PRIDE. What TV stations play PRIDE and at what eastern times? Also if anyone has good Pride video links please post some.

I can't remember what time it was since I live in Canada but I was staying in L.A and Valencia, California and PRIDE was constantly on Fox Sports Net with Frank Trigg the host showing some great matches it was sort of like UFC Unleashed. Check the Fox Sports Net official site and it will show what time the PRIDE shows are on in eastern times.

No problem. My dad enjoyed watching it too. I saw that show with Kharitonov knocking out Ninja Rua and Wanderlei .vs. Hidehiko. Just a heck of a show.

the only two bad things about the fox show is Trigg's hair and after every single fight-7 minutes of commercials! wtf?

It's on Fox Sports Net and airs on Sunday at 6:00 and then they replay that episode about 6-7 times during the week at random times until the next Sunday where they play a new one and repeat the process. The show has been playing for almost a year I think and they've only had about 10 unique episodes so they've cycled through them several times since I started watching and it's really starting to get annoying.
