couple of things i noticed:

• when you throw your combos you drop your left hand a bit when you throw a right.

• you tend to lean in when you throw an elbow, meaning you are vulnerable to an uppercut or a knee. Try using your feet to close the distance instead :)

• when you are moving round the bag you bring your feet together 'a lot'! that means if you get tagged when you are moving you are going to go down because your balance will be off.

looking good for only being training a short time though dude. good job

More jabs. Throw more tabs and get some more extension on your punches and throw some straigh punches in there. Seems like you throw dispraportionat amount of left and right hooks. Get some more extensions on your punches, so you can also fight on the outside. and some straight kicks for that matter. Also, don't get in the habbit of throwing a kick and then adjusting the bag bad habbit. Set the kick up with you guessed it a jab or a jab and a straight right. Also seems like you are trying to punch and kick too hard. work on speed and accuracy too. You also need to work on a sense of urgency you seem laxadsical. you can improve your accuracy by placing some pieces of masking tape on the bag let it swing around so you can have the spots moving around. or just choose spots that already existo on the bag. Looks pretty good though.

when you throw your kicks, try getting your striking knee up high before the kick lands. Your leg is at an angle to the bag, like your trying to trip it. Your shin should actually be traveling down in a slashing motion before it hits the bag, kind of like a sword slicing through something, not like a golf club swing. Getting up on your toes on your lead foot and twisting it away from the bag will help with power too. same with your punches, imagine you are attacking with your shoulder, it will help get your whole body involved. Punching power comes from the hips, it drives backwards through to your toes and up through your core and shoulders. A good way to feel the muscles involved is to stand with your arm fully extended like you just threw a punch, and have someone try to push your hand back. You will feel it in your hips and toes on your rear foot. so just remember to twist, and fire from the hip! and like said keep your hands up :) doing good!
