OK, here is the situation, my strength is good, but i simply have bad conditioning, and need to lose weight. The main problem is that im living in a college dorm, with no car, so meals other than the SHITTY ones served in the schools cafateria are impossible(theyve banned everything but a microwave in the dorm) that combined with me having no break between classes in the midday means that me getting the proper group of small meals is impossible as well. Does anyone know a way to make it work with these problems? I lift weights 3 days a week, but that is about it.
