These international shows are a pain, sometimes.

It airs live 1 PM EST/10 AM PST live, then re-airs at 10 PM EST/7 PM PST later that night.

So when are you watching? Are you heading to the bar early to watch, avoiding the 'net so you can watch it at the usual 7/10 PM start time, or do you just have too much goin' on Saturday to watch it the same day?

Try living abroad and see how much of a pain it is!

Every card for me bar this one is on at 3am and finishes at 6am. So whenever a card is on, that's my Sunday screwed as well as I get up at about 2pm after sleeping it off!

The UFN and the Versus Show's are even worse as they happen in the week, which means unless I miss work the next day, I can't watch them live.

The ONLY card that I will be able to watch at a normal time is UFC 112.

So count yourself lucky that A) you get 99% of the shows at a normal time. B) When they can they sort the start time abroad to help the yank fans (e.g The Aussie Card)

I'm not moaning, that's the way it is and if that's what I have to do to watch the sport I love then so be it. But don't say it's a pain for you when us brits and others have it worse! ;)

The same time I always watch the fights, the morning after it's shown, so Sunday morning. Sky + is a beauty.

I'm a young fecker (20) who just cba to stay up till 3am to watch the event. Much easier to sleep and then wake-up in the morning to watch the event. Doesn't ruin your Sunday sleeping all-day that way.

Plus, the live shows can be a bit of a snooze fest waiting for the actual fights. Problem is, they repeat all the same hype we've been discussing on this very forum for weeks before. Not to mention the countdown shows. If I avoided this place and didnt watch any of the hype shows, I would probably enjoy the whole event a bit more... but that's never going to happen.

haha, thanks for all the feedback on "creative" ways of watching ufc!

I think I may do the time-shifting thingie this time around. It gets somewhat annoying being tied to the computer on a saturday night or morning when I could be out and about exercising or socializing with friends.

I like the ufc, but not that much!
