Big nog is an excellent boxer and one of the most exciting (not just most talented, but most exciting) submission guy on the planet... he's overall, fun to watch.

Koscheck has been improving by leaps and bounds and he's right when he said there's no more laying and praying, he's gotten a lot better and pretty much dominated Goulet, the top ranked Welterweight in Canada. He doesn't deserve to be mentioned in this thread anymore.

As far as the most boring, Marcio "Pe De Pano" Cruz looks like he's pretty damn boring. His stand up is sub-par, at best, and while he's a great submission artist, there's nothing fancy about him that makes you wanna watch his fight. I was glad Jeff Monson beat him, Monson/Sylvia would be way better than Cruz/Sylvia.
