Okay I ordered some Muscle Milk online beacese it is a lot cheaper than GNC, anyways they sent me a free Xyience Breakfast Bar with my order for me to try out I guess. I ate it this morning and it was one of the worst tasting Protien Bars I have ever had. It looked like a processed turd and it tasted like an 11 year old nutrigrain bar. And on top of all that after I ate it I had to crap like three times in the next two hours. Okay maybe that was a coincidence but at 35 bucks for 12 of those things there is no way I would ever buy them.

people have said its good nutritionaly as a meal replacement. but i dont really agree on supplementing meals. but got to take food as u can get it. and i personaly think there are cheaper ways....go to gnc or drug store try some out and order the one you like on internet.
