“All the stuff that’s going on with Charlie right now, I think you’re a disgusting human being if you’re celebrating the death of another human being.”

“But I don’t like trying to destroy people’s lives over doing something dumb.”

I agree to an extent, but too many people don't understand that freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences.

If I had an employee that said something that created moral outrage, and people stopped doing business with me because of that, I would have no choice but to sack that individual.

I find a lot Kirk's views repulsive, but its his right to say them, and others rights to disagree. Had Kirk not been self employed, he'd have been sacked himself because of his views.
