seriously thinking about taking up MMA in my local gym,having never trained in martial arts before i would like to be able to go to the training in reasonable condition for fighting.
im 17 ,6'1 and weigh in at around 156lbs,
anyone know good strenght training routines as well as intense cardio routines to get me to a reasonable level??
